Hi, I'm Jessie Flo.  I am a freelance event manager and private chef based in San Francisco, CA.

I learned to cook first by watching my mom in the kitchen and then by managing an organic school lunch program for Acre Gourmet in SF; creating a residential organic food program for OVY camp in San Gregorio, CA; preparing farm to table meals at Pie Ranch and catering with numerous companies around the Bay. My style of cooking can be described as farm to table, but really I pride myself in coming up with the perfect menu to fit each event. When I am not cooking I am either finding adventure or managing logistics for large scale events, generally with George P. Johnson Experience Marketing.
